These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the vip vaji platform ("Platform") and the service provider. By creating an account on vip vaji or using any service on the Platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on vip vaji, a user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must register using their real identity and accurate information — using false or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed.
• Users must manage their account from their own device and internet connection.

2.2 Identity Verification

vip vaji may request the necessary documents to verify an account holder's identity at any stage. If a verification request goes unanswered, the account may be temporarily suspended. Identity confirmation is required in particular when processing withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. vip vaji will not be held liable if login details are shared with another person or if any unauthorised transaction occurs. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify support immediately.

3.1 Deposits

vip vaji currently accepts bKash, Nagad and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed quickly and credited to the account. If you experience any issue with a transaction, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a successful request, funds are usually sent within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

3.3 Right to Cancel Transactions

If a transaction is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms, vip vaji may cancel that transaction immediately and suspend the account. In such cases, the Platform has the right to request relevant explanations and evidence.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

vip vaji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds an extra ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 10 times.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

The specified wagering requirement must be completed before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. The purpose of a bonus is to give players more gaming experience — it is not a guarantee of receiving money.

• Bonuses may only be used on approved games.
• No more than one bonus may be active at the same time.
• Winnings from bonus play may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• vip vaji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The vip vaji VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip vaji platform. Breaching these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Participating in games using bots, automation software or any artificial means.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Colluding with other users to apply any strategy that defrauds the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorised access to platform systems or hacking.
• Threatening or harassing other users or spreading misleading information.

If a breach is suspected, vip vaji may temporarily suspend the relevant account while an investigation is conducted.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

vip vaji aims to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons. The Platform is not liable for any loss during such periods.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. After receiving the request, the support team will verify and complete the account closure process. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn by the prescribed method before the account is closed.

10.2 Account Termination by the Platform

vip vaji reserves the right to unilaterally close an account if an important clause of these Terms is breached, evidence of fraud is found, or for security-related reasons. In such cases, any bonus-related balance may be forfeited.

The vip vaji Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. These same Terms apply to use of the app. The risk of downloading the app from unofficial third-party sources lies entirely with the user.

The game software used on the platform is supplied by various third-party developers. Those developers' own policies may apply. However, the platform bears primary responsibility for all transactions and experiences while playing on vip vaji.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force. A failure to enforce any clause does not constitute a waiver of that clause.
